The Anti-Stress Drink
When this Natural Vitality product came through my front door, I was very excited to try it. 
One of the first things that I noticed right away was that it is Vegan, and Gluten-FREE, I love that, it means that all kinds of people can take this product. So I read the directions on the back of the container, to see how to take it. After I read the directions, I immediately opened it, and made me a cold drink(you can do it warm too). It tasted awesome, I love the Raspberry-Lemon flavor.

Calcium And Magnesium
Magnesium and calcium are fundamental nutrients that need to be in balance with each other in order for you to fully experience good health.. Their importance on a cellular level is critical. Calcium and magnesium are like opposite sides of a coin. Calcium excites nerves, while magnesium calms them down. Calcium makes muscles contract. Magnesium is necessary for muscles to relax. Calcium is needed for blood clotting, but magnesium keeps the blood flowing freely.
Benefits I noticed
I have been having trouble sleeping lately, and nothing was helping, so when I took this I really wasn’t expecting the Natural Calm to help any. Well, it did, I slept soundly through the night, it was the best nights sleep I have gotten in 3 plus weeks. I have chronic headaches, and nothing really seems to work, because the headaches are brought on by my TMJ, and this product really helped both, I have not had a major problem with either one. Also, because of my major stomach, and gallbladder problems, I was really worried that because of my sensitivities to a lot of things, yes I even have problems with natural products, that this would make my problems worse for a little while. It didn’t, it greatly helped.
